Public Sector
Municipal & Government
Government-grade LED signs for cities, counties, parks, libraries and public works. RFP and bid support, emergency alert integration, UL-listed and code compliant.
What Matters Here
Public information infrastructure, not advertising
A civic display is judged on reliability and accountability. It has to come up after a power event, accept an emergency message from an authorised operator in seconds, and stand up to a public-records question about who posted what and when. We specify municipal installations around those requirements first and aesthetics second.
- Role-based operator accounts with an auditable content history
- Priority-override messaging for closures, air-quality alerts and emergency notices
- UL-listed assemblies, dedicated circuits and surge protection on every install
- Serviceable module design so a single failed panel is a same-week fix, not a cabinet replacement
- Specification language and itemised pricing formatted for RFP and competitive bid packets
How We Deliver It
Bids, prevailing wage and procurement timelines
We respond to formal solicitations regularly and understand what a procurement officer needs: a responsive bid, compliant insurance and bonding, a defensible schedule and a scope that does not generate change orders. We will also help write the specification ahead of solicitation so the bid you receive is comparable across vendors.

Questions
Answers for buyers in this market
Do you respond to formal RFPs and ITBs?
Yes. We bid municipal work across Utah, Nevada and Idaho and can provide bonding, certificates of insurance and the itemised schedule of values procurement teams require.
Can the display carry emergency alerts?
Yes. Authorised operators can push a priority message that pre-empts the scheduled playlist, which is the normal configuration for closures, evacuation notices and air-quality advisories.
Who maintains the sign after handover?
We do, if you want us to. Our service department covers the Mountain West with our own crane fleet, and preventative maintenance contracts are available alongside warranty coverage.
